[We are seeking a talented CNC Machinist to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment at our northern Cincinnati, Ohio location (less than 30 minutes from Dayton and/or northern Kentucky).]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Essential Job Functions]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

• [Set up and operate CNC Machines. (VTL Experience, Fanuc controls, Mazak and Haas Controls a plus)]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Ability to determine the best methods and the tools required to produce the final product with limited supervision and guidance.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Responsible for cleaning and keeping own work area neat and orderly.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Work from blueprints and manufacturing plans.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Monitor progress of operation to determine and prevent malfunctions.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Use precision measuring instruments (gages, micrometers) to check dimensional accuracy of work.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

[Qualifications]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}

• [Minimum 3+ years of CNC experience.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Knowledge of manual and CNC Machines]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Experience setting tool offsets & fixture offsets.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Knowledge with use of mics, indicators, and calipers.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Comfortable making average to complicated arithmetic calculations and resolve technical problems.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Knowledge of M&G Codes.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Ability to interact with people on the shop floor, good social skills, and able to work with diverse work groups.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Able to work with little supervision.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• [Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
