The Adolescent Medicine team is a multidisciplinary clinic including psychologists, pediatricians, care managers, social workers, pediatric and psychologist trainees, and legal aid. Responsibilities for this position include providing prevention, early intervention, consultation, and short-term therapy with a focus on health promotion and equity, substance use, and trauma. These services are provided to an adolescent/young adult patient population that experiences high levels of poverty, trauma, and health-related social needs. The position also requires a focus on training and education of pediatric residents, program development, and quality improvement. There are also academic and publication opportunities available for interested applicants. The ideal candidate will have completed a doctorate in clinical, counseling, or school psychology (APA accredited), be licensed or license-eligible in Ohio, and have completed postdoctoral training focused on integrated primary care, trauma, and/or substance use.
