Robert Half Business Systems Analyst, Senior (Health Care) in Cincinnati, Ohio
Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst, Senior (Health Care) based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role primarily revolves around processing customer applications, maintaining detailed customer records, and handling customer inquiries. Additionally, the role involves monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct user story creation, change management, and UAT prep for testing
• Perform end-to-end testing from both internal and external user perspectives
• Understand the data requirements at different phases of the project lifecycle
• Work on Agile projects and processes, contributing to the overall project progress
• Join mid-stream projects and swiftly adapt to make an impactful contribution
• Maintain a strong, independent work ethic, committed to meeting set project timelines
• Show initiative and contribute valuable insights, not just take notes
• Take part in video interviews with the Director and Product Owner
• Represent the project to leaders and SMEs, demonstrating excellent communication and writing skills
• Conduct training for end users in the future
• Understand how the sales organization works and represent the business side effectively
• Utilize Salesforce for business operations, although no specific Salesforce certification is required
• Balance office and travel commitments based on business needs. Requirements • Must possess strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, are required
• Demonstrable experience in management
• Proven sales acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
• Must have a background in marketing
• Experience in training and development
• Proficiency in planning and executing projects
• Must understand planning processes thoroughly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is necessary
• Must ensure quality in all tasks performed
• Background in design is desirable
• Strong leadership skills are required
• Familiarity with hiring processes
• Must be able to manage relationships with vendors effectively
• Must be able to track and report on progress
• Experience in implementing strategies and plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Must be willing to travel as required
• Understanding of financial notes is necessary
• Strong data analysis skills are required
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is essential
• Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience in deskside support is desirable
