Responsabilidades
Role and Responsibilities
Drive risk management system or project initiatives from plan to implementation in support of delivering business value
Provide regulatory and compliance guidance on functional and technical demands
Develop functional and technical programs and procedures to fulfill business requirements
Enhance and innovate Risk Management concepts and standards
Collaborate with internal and external Business Partners to ensure effective prioritization of programs, procedures, and projects
Audit processes and procedures within Risk Management framework to achieve best practices
Identify areas of efficiency and productivity improvements
Perform day-to-day maintenance of the Risk Management systems, including identifying and troubleshooting application issues and escalating issues to software consultants/provider, as needed.
Coach and mentor team members and act as a Risk Management systems subject matter expert.
Administer user access and maintain user access policies.
Develop, maintain, and facilitate Risk Management systems user training. Create and distribute user communications, related to new system functionality and pertinent updates
Collaborate with Hussmann business partners, Hussmann customers, and regulatory agencies to clarify and document specific requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required.
10+ years’ experience with degree
Skills
High proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Power Point, Word, etc.)
High proficiency in developing written programs, procedures, and communications
Experienced with researching government regulations for compliance updates
Strong written and oral communication skills
