With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while offering exceptional service to our diverse clientele.

As a Bilingual Receptionist for our HVAC company, you will be the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, serving as the face of our organization. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is crucial, along with a strong customer service orientation. This role demands a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

  • Welcome clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive and professional first impression.

  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or personnel.

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Bilingual Communication:

  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist clients, contractors, and team members.

  • Translate documents or messages as needed to facilitate smooth communication.

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Coordinate and schedule service appointments for HVAC technicians.

  • Confirm appointments with clients and provide necessary information.

Customer Service:

  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about HVAC services.

  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely response to client requests.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a service-oriented industry.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in using standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a similar role, especially within the HVAC or related industry, is advantageous.
