Description Management Resources is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager for a 1-2 month engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience with NetSuite and the biotech industry
Key Responsibilities
:
• Review AP baches and set up check runs
• Review Payroll for any discrepancies and process payroll entries
• Process accruals & prepaids for month end close
• Help with quarterly audit providing pertinent support per PBC list
• Ad Hoc process improvement projects
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite
• Proficiency in accounting principles and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
