Tamarind Reef Resort Spa and Marina Room Attendant in Christiansted, Virgin Islands
Perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms or offices in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning guest rooms, offices, halls, public bathrooms, fitness center and light vacuuming. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to bend and reach above head for dusting and cleaning. - Maintain work area and equipment in good condition, including cleaning lint traps daily. Pick up trash/debris, empty wastebasket, and transport waste to the disposal area. - Report maintenance issues, equipment damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately for resolution. - Interact positively with guests, anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to answer questions or resolve concerns. - Establish and maintain cooperative, productive working relationships with team members and management. - Actively participate in team meetings and training/development programs, including sharing expertise with new hires.
