Service Specialist

Our central processing hub is on the lookout for proactive and self-motivated teammates to join our Christchurch based team as a Service Specialist where you will have a solid focus on providing administrative support along with high volumes of data entry and systems processing.

This role would be a great fit if you have a high level of attention to detail, can prioritise your work, handle high volumes of administration and data-entry and the ability to change directions where needed.

About the mahi

This role plays a pivotal part in providing support to our broader business where you will be delivering back to our internal teams, largely through data entry and administration.

You will be enabling our teams to operate more efficiently and successfully and be part of a diverse, fast paced team where your contribution will make a real impact.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • A background in an administrative or data entry focused role would be preferable

  • You will need to have strong typing skills (a minimum of at least 40wpm)

  • Tried attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to work under stress and deliver to service level agreements
