Job Description
负责酷塑临床产品的推广、设备使用和业务指导、售后和服务
执行地区经理既定的业务计划、目标和预算。
对消费者需求、机构客户需求、市场发展动态和竞品信息有敏锐观察、分析和跟进
负责定期从机构收集现有设备的使用率数据，并基于该数据向机构提供业务优化建议，包括咨询师话术培训提升、消费者促销推广方案制定建议、疗程效果和满意度提升方案等。
负责当机构客户设备使用和质量发生问题时，与第三方器械售后服务机构和人员协调，尽快为客户提供使用指南、故障诊断、维修建议、部件更换和备机使用
确保客户业务不受影响。
负责新的设备业务机会的挖掘和引导，并与当地设备业务发展经理紧密合作拓展业务。
负责甄选并推荐有需要的医疗专业人士参与由酷塑大学 (CSU) 举办的集中培训活动
Qualifications
大学本科以上学历， 3 年以上外资医疗美容或器械公司业务管理经验。
在医疗器械、美容或药品业务、培训和支持方面有成功经验
拥有高水平的客户服务和管理经历，以确保客户 / 患者满意度
良好的专业知识和业务技巧，具备业务计划和分析能力。
沟通能力强，善于谈判。
优秀沟通技巧，出色的演讲能力，对医美行业充满热情
有执行力和实现目标的紧迫感
乐于接受挑战并有良好的抗压能力，如有需要，愿意周末出差
