IMST is the International Management Service of Thailand Co Ltd, which includes regional offices for production facilities located in Asia: China, India, Philippines, Laos and Thailand.
The VIE will be responsible for deploying the Key Accounts portal: this will be an interface for displaying all information relating to all AEL customers.
All AEL laboratories and all customers will be able to access this portal, the main objective therefore being to standardize the Key Accounts function.
Role description:
Create all standards for the Key Account: work instructions, organization chart, key tasks, etc.
Team data consolidation: Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Creation of an interactive online portal with IT support.
Project management to organize portal planning and deployment.
Demand and flow optimization.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.

Educational Background:
Master Degree with experience overseas

L'IMST est l'International Management Service of Thailand Co Ltd, qui comprend des bureaux régionaux pour les installations de production situées en Asie : Chine, Inde, Philippines, Laos et Thaïlande.
Poste et missions :
Le VIE sera chargé de déployer le portail Key Accounts : il s'agira d'une interface permettant d'afficher toutes les informations relatives à l'ensemble des clients d'AEL.
Tous les laboratoires d'AEL et tous les clients pourront accéder à ce portail, l'objectif principal étant donc de standardiser la fonction Key Accounts.
Description du rôle :
Créer toutes les normes pour le compte clé : instructions de travail, organigramme, tâches clés, etc.
Consolidation des données de l'équipe : Élaborer la portée et les objectifs du projet, en impliquant toutes les parties prenantes concernées et en garantissant la faisabilité technique.
Élaborer un plan de projet détaillé afin de suivre les progrès réalisés.
Mesurer les performances du projet à l'aide de systèmes, d'outils et de techniques appropriés.
Création d'un portail interactif en ligne avec un soutien informatique.
Gestion de projet pour organiser la planification et le déploiement du portail.
Optimisation de la demande et des flux.
Veiller à ce que tous les projets soient livrés dans les délais, dans les limites du champ d'application et dans le respect du budget.
