Foundations Therapy, PLLC Registered Behavior Analyst - Actively Licensed in Choctaw, Oklahoma

Registered Behavior Technicians work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, an average of 30-40 hours per week. The work setting is typically in clinic; however, there may also be school and in-home services provided depending on the ABA needs of the particular child. Responsibilities include:
- Implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collecting data on client progress and behavior
- Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Teaching and reinforcing appropriate social, communication and daily living skills
- Collaborating with families and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client sessions
Required Skills include:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- patient, empathy and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients
Other Requirements include:
- Must have an active Registered Behavior Technician license issued through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a drug test
