ASRC Federal Holding Company Program Director in China Lake, California
ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Program Director to support an upcoming program located in Washington, D.C. metropolitan area supporting a large data and cloud opportunity in the civilian space.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly responsible for program efforts, including cost management, schedule estimating and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, and overall successful project execution
Maintain a significant level of coordination and collaboration with stakeholders and other government contractors to accomplish project objectives and deliverables within specified, or otherwise agreed upon, timeframes
Successfully manage multiple projects with similar development and timeframe requirements
Collect feedback from workgroups and present findings, impacts, and next steps to client and relevant audiences
Communicate issues and concerns effectively and efficiently and track issues, concerns and/or risks to resolution
Identify and mitigate organizational and individual conflicts Responsible for timely recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of highly qualified staff.
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations, to include deliverables, SLAs and other performance standards.
Identify current and future risks to programs efficiency or success.
Monitor program priorities, procedures, objectives, resource allocation, and areas of service.
Provide innovative processes, strategies, etc. to reduce costs and shorten timelines, or increase efficiency and accuracy
Quickly respond to directional changes as needed to address unforeseen legislative, security or technology changes
Identify, mitigate, and manage risks to project deliverables
Present technical information to a non-technical audience
Perform other duties as required and assigned
Requirements :
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of experience planning and executing programs.
Active PMP certification
Active ITIL v3 or higher certification
Experience with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) environment and data
Experience managing federal IT projects that include data management, data strategy, and cloud solutions.
Experience with one or more different Agile methodologies including Scrum, Lean, SAfe
Experience preparing project cost estimates to include but not limited to, labor, travel, equipment and software
Proficiency with written technical proposals and review of proposals for technical integrity, quantification of risk, and strategic direction
Successful client report and customer liaison experience
Preferred
Agile certification (i.e., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Manager; SAFe Agilist).
Master’s Degree in related field of study or equivalent years of experience
