JOB REQUIREMENTS: Performs regular park checks, including but not limited to, patrols grounds and buildings, examining doors, windows, and gates to ensure that they are secure. Enforces park rules, policies, and regulations. Collects fees from park users. Prepares required records and incident reports. Performs light maintenance and cleaning as required. Responds to park visitors\' needs or problems. Reports any problems regarding park operations, maintenance and enforcement to relief or Park Director. Coordinates patrol duties with other staff and park office. Responds to emergency incidents and notifies police, fire department, or other appropriate authority of any situation requiring immediate or prompt attention. It is unlikely that an employee will perform all the duties listed on a regular basis, nor is the list exhaustive in the sense it covers all the duties an employee may be required to perform. Ability to effectively enforce park rules, regulations, and policies. Ability to work semi-independently, make sound decisions and use good judgment. Ability to perform light maintenance.
