The Regional Auto Advisor role requires you to work in different offices in the South Region providing Auto support. The successful candidate must be able to adapt to change, have a flexible schedule and have a reliable vehicle. You must be proficient in BC Auto with a strong background in customer service. Whether filling an Auto vacancy or covering a position where someone has called in sick, the ideal candidate is a self-starter who can go into any office and proactively do what needs to be done. This role requires a commitment to supporting the regional team wherever needed most.
A day in the life -
Build relationships with clients, colleagues and automobile dealership representatives to grow your professional network
Proactively and creatively offer solutions using a diverse selection of ICBC and private insurance products while achieving performance targets
Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments and more
Develop new business by cross selling and making referrals to our Personal & Commercial Insurance Lines
What you will bring to our team -
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions
Weekend and Evening availability, depending on the needs of the branch
Willingness to obtain a Level 1 license
Salary Expectations –
The expected salary range for this position is $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
