**[Summary: [Works to prevent mistakes and poor quality by inspecting raw materials and finished products and auditing various operations.

**[Essential Duties and Responsibilities [include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

[Conducts quality inspections on incoming packaged raw materials and supplies for packaging product (i.e. bottles, caps, labels, boxes, etc.)

[Collects samples of packaged raw materials and transports them to QC Laboratory for analysis.

[Conducts shipping inspection for packaged finished goods and assists to inspect bulk finished goods.

[Conducts quality inspection for incoming finished goods (i.e. pass through products), which Includes verification that correct labels are applied to incoming finished goods.

[Participates in shipping and receiving processes to ensure quality control procedures arefollowed.

[Assists QC Management with QC Hold activity for packaged raw material and packagedfinished goods.

[Assists pour up, and disposal activity once approved by management.

[Assists with Quality Control testing.

[Assists QAS Group with Internal ISO audits.[
