Summary Who May Apply? US Citizens currently residing within the commuting area of CHIEVRES Air Base, Belgium (not ordinarily resident in Belgium). US resident alien family members of US sponsors who are citizens of NATO countries other than Belgium.. This position is located at the USAG Benelux, DFMWR, Chievres Army Lodge, Chievres AB, Belgium. Responsibilities Performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions in support of the activity. Receives and reviews incoming documents for completeness taking or coordinating and tracking required action. Establishes and maintains offices files in accordance with regulatory guidance/procedures. Responds to customer inquiries and complaints providing general information and assistance concerning office function, established procedures, etc. Responsible for automated time and attendance processing. Performs a variety of complex typing. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Progressively responsible clerical experience, which involved the use of calculations and personal computers. Experience using Microsoft Office programs. Ability to type 40 words per minute. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid US drivers license. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
