You will lead the Mondelez Digital Services Change Management service line team and Change Management Community of Practice. You will be instrumental in working across the regions and functions to understand their change needs to properly scope change requirements for key initiatives across Mondelez and drive change capability.

How you will contribute

You will: 

  • Lead the Mondelez Change Management service line team comprised of employees and contractors that support the top strategic initiatives

  • Owns change capability for Mondelez including Community of Practice ensuring our framework is right sized for Mondelez and that we have the right capability and tools in place

  • Partner across the business and regions to understand their change needs, define change requirements including resources needed and appropriately staff change practitioners

  • Manage the change management resource in-take and demand process, ensuring the top strategic initiatives are set up with the right level of resourcing and change standards

  • Lead, coach, and develop the change practitioners ensuring performance meets our standards and there is opportunity to build a sustainable career

  • Manage relationships with external partners to help augment change needs that cannot be filled through the service line

  • Provide change expertise across key initiatives

  • Offer guidance and oversight to regions and functional teams in setting up and delivering an appropriate change strategy

  • Ensure metrics are captured and shared to leadership regarding effectiveness of change initiatives

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • 10+ years of Change Management experience including strong business acumen and ability to partner and influence strategic priorities

  • Assessingglobal change needs and properly scope from a resource perspective

  • Managing complex change in a global corporate environment

  • Able to collaborate, communicate and influence effectively across all levels to make things happen

  • Exposure to change management best practices

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively

  • Training/instructional design experience

More about this role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Change Management,or related field. Master's degree preferred

  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Institute) is desirable

Travel requirements: Yes / Minimal travel
