Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations.  This is rooted in EY’s SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors) that are focused on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity. ​

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be joining EY’s Experience Management practice that partners with Qualtrics to deliver technology solutions that aim to assist clients with their experience management program. Utilizing the Qualtrics survey platform, you will merge experience and operational data to provide data insights that will elevate brands to the next level.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide though leadership, strategy, and analytical insights from brand experience data

  • To be able to lead cross-functional teams between business and technology consultants

  • Help drive business development for brand experience across our existing clients and opportunity pipeline

  • Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work

SkiSSkills and Attributs for Success

  • Experience and knowledge of brand tracking, ad testing, change management, and data analysis

  • Experience working in or with a Brand agency or software company

  • A strong point of view on what it takes to win in the Brand space, including understanding the roles and decision-making processes in brand and marketing organizations

  • Practice with implementing or consulting on Experience Management Programs

  • Familiarity with Experience Management Platforms i.e. Qualtrics, Medallia

  • Demonstrated ability to persuasively communicate complex concepts at the highest level of organizations

To QTo qualify for the role you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Management

  • Experience with a brand management agency

  • Familairity with proprietary and syndicated brand measurement metrics

IdIdIIdeally you will also have:

  • Keen interest in technology and technology driven service-oriented businesses

  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid changes.

  • Outstanding management, interpersonal, communication, organizational and decision-making skills

  • Track record delivering brand management projects and leading brand management teams
