VCA Lake Shore Animal Hospital is looking to expand its team with an experienced Veterinary Assistant!

Snapshot of the Role:
The skills involved in the position include, but are not limited to:
· Venipuncture
· Catheter placement
· Radiology
· Anesthesia monitoring
· Physical examinations and patient assessment
· Surgical preparation and assisting
· Dentistry
· Laboratory work
· Pharmacy
· Patient recovery
· Compassionate care for our hospitalized patients
Compensation:
Starting range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field. Financial growth opportunities available. Pay rates range from $17-$19 per hour. There are opportunities to earn increases as your skills progress.
Schedule: Full-time opportunities available with flexible scheduling.
