About the Role:

As a CBRE Union Maintenance, you will be responsible for performing a variety of custodial, building and other maintenance duties.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

Develop skills to perform preventative and reactive maintenance.

Follow a set procedure in the performance of repetitive tasks or job activities.

Report property damage, equipment malfunctions, and unusual activities.

Impact your team through methods, tasks, and duties which are defined and followed with little to no discretion.

Monitor supply, and equipment usage, and record inventory needs.

Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail

Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need:

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid Driver’s License required.

Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
