JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our dynamic North America Sales team. The TSM will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the Industrial Sales market within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process. The position can be based in major metropolitan areas of the Upper Midwest, such as Milwaukee, Chicago, or Minneapolis, or near a major airport in the region. Candidates must reside within this territory due to >50-% travel requirement to customers.

Passionate about creating solutions: You build deep relationships with clients that enable you to understand their unique requirements and propose value-add solutions.

A detail-oriented individual – You have a proven track record of planning and organizing sales visits and leveraging CRM Technology to manage your sales territory for existing accounts and newly identified leads.

A data driven leader : You stay updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product knowledge and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats for your assigned territory.

REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS

  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.

  • Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
