The Headlines :

In the role of Sr. Mgr, Product Solution Owner – Consumer “Consumer Marketing Technology” working in Chicago, IL you will be part of the Commercial Technology Team. You will have deep customer awareness and will strive to accelerate growth for Molson Coors by powering best-in-class technology solutions. You will walk the line between the Business and IT, developing product strategies and leading scrum teams within our Consumer Marketing Product Line to achieve digital marketing business objectives.

This position reports to the Director, Product Solution Owner - Consumer and works closely with Precision Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing and IT Teams within the Americas.

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own a 3-year product roadmap, leading your scrum team with clear guidance on priorities, in order to build capabilities and achieve the associated OKRs

  • Establish and maintain close relationships with your business counterparts in our Marketing and Commercial Accelerator Teams in order to deeply understand their Digital Marketing business strategy

  • Effectively communicate with a wide range of audiences such as being able to facilitate a results-oriented conversation with Senior Executives while also leading technical art of the possible sessions with development resources

  • Collaborate closely with architecture and development team members to translate business needs into technical requirements

  • Plan and manage your product budget effectively, making difficult trade-offs where necessary

  • Work cross-functionally to evaluate, implement and manage 3rd party SaaS solutions to improve our capabilities while meeting business, security, architecture and legal requirements.

  • Stay on top of trends in the industry and marketplace related to digital marketing capabilities and data privacy regulations

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in digital marketing or IT

  • You have 5+ years of digital marketing experience and 3+ years working in Agile methodology to deliver solutions

  • Familiarity withCustomer Data Platforms, Media, Email and Mobile Marketing, and DTC eCommerce

  • You have a customer-centric mindset and a relentless focus on creating value to drive growth

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
