Brookfield Properties has an immediate need for a Senior Financial Applications Analyst at the corporate office in Chicago, IL.

Position Overview

The Senior Financial Applications Analyst will primarily be responsible for maintaining and developing applications required to support OneStream. They will also be responsible for assisting the JD Edwards Administration team as needed. This position will be highly visible to many departments across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily administration of OneStream environment as well as ensure compliance with policies, procedures and controls.

  • Assist with Metadata changes to support OneStream.

  • Support data loads of Actuals, Budget and Forecast files.

  • Perform OneStream application build tasks and activities (Dashboards, Transformation Rules, Workflows, Business Rule changes, Data Adapter changes, etc.).

  • Administer/maintain the Account Reconciliation module.

  • Assist with financial report development and maintenance using Cube Views.

  • Support the addition and maintenance of users via Security provisioning.

  • Assist with the development of system documentation as required.

  • Assist the Accounting teams during month end closing.

  • Assist the JD Edwards administration team as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Information Systems.

  • 2+ experience with OneStream as an administrator or super-user.

  • Experience working with OneStream version 7.2.2 is preferred.

  • 2+ experience in a Property Accounting or Financial Reporting role is preferred.

  • Experience in JD Edwards version 9.2 is preferred.

  • Strong troubleshooting/analysis skills. Must have strong Accounting background to aid in troubleshooting issues.

  • Self-sufficient quick learner who takes initiative and is proactive.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with Visual Basic/macros a plus.
