Job Description

LRS Consulting Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a remote, part-time contract opportunity with our opinion research client in the Chicago, IL area!

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and improve core and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

• Implement integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, and third-party applications.

• Customize ServiceNow forms, lists, workflows, and dashboards as per business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Design and document technical solutions to meet business needs.

• Ensure the scalability and reliability of ServiceNow applications.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.

• Perform regular updates and upgrades to the ServiceNow platform.

• Follow industry best practices and company standards for ServiceNow development and administration.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection regulations.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

• Support end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years ServiceNow development experience

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript

• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow API development (with familiarity in making API calls to Google Apps service from ServiceNow)

• Experience upgrading ServiceNow with ability to resolve upgrade conflicts and maintain changes as part of change sets

• Third-party candidates will not be considered.

• Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
