Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Senior Program Manager to join our Commercial Services PMO Department where you’ll join a team of colleagues who love what they do. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Digital Product, Design, Engineering, Merchandising, and Digital Marketing teams as well as Commercial Services Loyalty, Brand, Data Science, Acquisitions, and Global Marketing teams where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role

The Senior Program Manager of PMO drives the execution of our Commercial Services strategy across various stakeholder groups and leads important cross-portfolio projects. This leader oversees incoming work's intake and evaluation process, effectively blending program oversight with stakeholder guidance within commercial services. They will manage project orchestration for key initiatives, evaluate technology and deployment dependencies, and ensure strategic planning aligns with broader company initiatives. Additionally, they will enhance delivery and execution using agile and scrum methodologies. This role closely collaborates with the overall Commercial Services PMO function and is deeply involved in daily planning sessions, deployment activities, and stakeholder communication and management.

•Manage Program Oversight function for digital projects staying highly coordinated with associated PMO functions across the company, laddering up into PM for CS

•Orchestrate roadmap execution work for large /critical initiatives

•Serve as central communication hub for leadership stakeholders to engage with on status and input including establishing and leading steering committees, freeing product and engineering resources to focus on build and delivery as much as possible

• Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic delivery excellence across the company and ensuring the successful “end-to-end” delivery of projects and programs

•Create and own the summary KPI/OKR dashboard for programs/projects

Qualifications:

Experience Required:

•Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

•10 years of experience in overall digital experience with 5 years of progressive leadership experience, including significant experience in leading through influence

•Significant experience facilitating complex large-scale strategic planning for digital-based investments with a focus on outcome-oriented planning

•Solid understanding of digital product workflow in an agile environment. Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Smartsheet

•Experience operationalizing standard processes around project intake & prioritization with the ability to orchestrate cross-functional buy-in

•Ability to creatively solve problems, develop new tactics and address implementation obstacles

•Ability to work with and properly relay information to both business and technical partners

•Highly motivated, assertive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as an active team participant and cross-functional collaborator

•Experience establishing a culture of data-informed decision-making and accountability

•Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey data insights to business stakeholders, clearly addressing what happened, why it occurred, and what it means for the organization
