What will you be doing?

The Senior Senior Product Manager, Retail Analytics is the subject matter expert and keeper of a product or products through a successful lifecycle. Defining your product\'s brand and evangelizing value, in new modern product services and opportunity outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with the Retail Team to understand the needs of our retail partners, develop roadmaps, and support the development of products that help retailers navigate issues and identify opportunities to measure, fulfill and accelerate demand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interface directly with clients, prospects, retail business, and global product teams to identify key market needs, opportunities, and pain points related to the competitive landscape to support product strategy recommendations.
  • Transform and synthesize complex requirements and impactful business requests into innovative data and analytic solutions that create business value and unlock insights for retailers.
  • Develop clear and detailed product requirements outlining what the product should do, how fast it should be, etc.
  • Support development, execution, and alignment of the product/solution vision and supporting strategies internally and externally.
  • Drive product portfolio pipeline planning throughout the product lifecycle(s)
  • Partner with internal clients and finance department in reviewing product pricing and packaging strategies and rate cards.
  • Coach collaborators to synthesize test findings into actionable recommendations, producing relevant visualizations and narratives.
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies for new analytical challenges - You will identify opportunities to innovate in testing methodologies and processes, approaching new data capabilities and business problems with curiosity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and competing priorities with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.
  • Build team culture by engagement and development to strengthen performance and drive goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of Retail or related industry experience, either in a national retail organization or software/ data company providing products supporting retailer analytics and solutions
  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience applying analytics to complex business questions.
  • Strong analytics skills and experience working with solutions for retail buying, assortment planning, pricing, promotion, or s pply chain management.
  • Skilled in translating client needs/priorities into product requirements; Understands product components and manages the process of development, deployment, and post-launch activity.
  • Able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Ability to represent the product in client-facing situations, whether in a pre-sales support capacity, a problem-solving setting due to client dissatisfaction, or conducting a feedback session
  • Undergraduate degree required, graduate certifications in retail, product or analytics desired.
