Overview

The Senior Media Associate supports the Media Operations team with processes, systems management, and general operations tasks tied to media buying and planning.

The Sr. Associate will have the opportunity to work with Prisma and other media systems to execute and optimize pivotal processes. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with numbers, is a proactive problem solver, and has an eye for detail.

They will work closely with the investment, ad tech, reconciliation, and client operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of media planning and/or media buying/investment experience and demonstrates strong knowledge of media advertising processes.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and compile data on a monthly as well as on an as needed basis

  • Support miscellaneous operations tasks and projects

  • Work with teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in buying platform and provide system support as needed

  • Be the gatekeeper for adding new partners into buying platform

  • Ensure compliance of campaign taxonomy

  • Support their Manager and Director in team communication, trainings, building out documentation of process and reporting

  • Tracking and monitoring data to ensure purchased activity does not exceed approved budget

  • Work closely with team to trouble shoot issues or discrepancies in the buy system and ensure vendor invoices are received in a timely manner

  • Work with the team to ensure timely communication and follow-ups in order to meet reconciliation deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Advertisement, Finance, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field

  • 1+ years of media buying and/or planning experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; PowerPoint and advanced Excel

  • Strong time management and quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting while effectively managing competing priorities

  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills with focus on attention to detail

The benefits offerings listed are available to U.S. based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.

Compensation Range: $49,305- $65,415 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
