Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who has a rich experience in the PPM & Proofing domains to join our expanding Product Team, responsible for delivering the Publicis Groupe’s PPM & Proofing capabilities using Workfront & Workfront Proof. Your primary responsibilities will be focused on modelling the Publicis’ PPM & Proofing requirements to Adobe Workfront, identifying product gaps, configuring Workfront using standard and custom product capabilities, creating functional and configuration designs and implementation documents, etc.

In order to achieve this, you must have a proven track record to:

  • Collaborate with, persuade and influence our customers to ensure the right solution is agreed as too the ability to manage multiple feature requests at one time.

  • Analyze complex requirements, translating these into functional user stories and delivering first class product features within a high volume, fast paced, agile software development team.

  • Work closely with a technical team to ensure the requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented

  • Ample experience in carrying out quality assurance.

This is a global role, with a global customer base. The ability to flex your working pattern, on occasion, in order to accommodate customer meetings across the globe would be beneficial.

Highlight day-to-day activities of the position:

  • As Product Owner

  • Own the end to end delivery of each feature assigned, ensuring delivery on time, to include:

  • Creating & Maintenance of roadmap

  • Backlog refinement / grooming

  • Attending daily stand ups for your feature

  • Reporting of risks/issues where applicable

  • Gathering and analysing customers’ requirements

  • Recording the requirements in a BRD

  • Scheduling and leading the feature review meeting to explain the requirements to the dev and design team

  • Agreeing the solution with the team

  • Creating functional specifications

  • Testing the solution draft or wireframes early with customers to get early feedback

  • Prioritisation of the user stories and gaining sign off of the specification

  • Passing any design docs and requirements to developers

  • Writing or where applicable reviewing and approving test scripts

  • Testing the solutions

  • Preparing release notes

  • Training the Production Support team and users

  • Carrying out demonstrations of the new feature or the product as required

  • Triaging any bugs during UAT of the deliverable

  • Gaining sign off from the customer for release to Production

  • Carry out data analysis to review product usage and review customer feedback.

  • Review competitor products and new technology to keep abreast of software developments.

  • Build and test Adobe Workfront reports per the customer’s reporting requirements.

Re:Sources is Publicis’ support organisation to centralise the finance, administrative, legal, tax, IT, procurement and property functions and leave the units, e.g. agencies, to do what they do best in terms of looking after the client's business.

Our team, rOar, resides in various countries. Our clients are the agencies within the Publicis Groupe.

Our product, rOar, is Publicis Groupe’s Project Management, Resource Management, Time Tracking and Proofing tool, among other things. rOar v2.0 is being built with Adobe’s Workfront as a central PPM and Proofing solution along with Publicis business custom applications and SAP ecosystem integrated to it.

The rOar team is responsible for configuring Workfront, Workfront Proof, building custom Saas solutions around it and integrating our solution with other systems.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who has a rich experience in the Production, PPM & Proofing domains to join our expanding rOar Product Team, responsible for delivering the Publicis Groupe’s PPM & Proofing capabilities using Workfront .

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Workfront including Workfront Proof

  • Experience in other PPM & Proofing tools will be a big plus.

  • Experienced in working on an integrated platform where information is interfaced from & to the PPM& Proofing tool

  • Experienced in Product Management, Configuration, Deployment and Maintenance of software solutions

  • Awareness of Generative AI and the impact this has in production, PPM & proofing is nice to have

  • Experience working in Agile & Waterfall methodologies

  • Good communication

  • Stakeholder Management
