Publicis Groupe Senior Analyst, Growth Operations in Chicago, Illinois

The Publicis Groupe Growth Organization accelerates Groupe transformation to high growth businesses and solutions through the development of company-wide strategies for new market entry, client development, and integration.

The Growth Operations team supports the Chief Growth Officer to manage important Groupe growth strategies across primary product pillars. The team is responsible for commercial pricing/management, KPI tracking, and overall strategic analysis of the business health/growth. The team is working to fine tune the agency model and client experience.

Important deliverables will typically include the cleanse, aggregation, and creation of high-quality reporting across all Growth product pillars of focus that helps align/prepare internal teams to meet product specific goals. We are looking for proficiency in tableau and familiarity with SQL as both are used to perform daily tasks. You will have unique insight into product health and opportunities across the Publicis portfolio. You will be designed to be a unique opportunity to gain knowledge of multiple departments and report to the Senior Director.

Overview

  • Data process and reporting ownership across five proprietary products/offerings

  • Manage forecasts specific to product offering and affiliated Publicis agency

  • Build and analyze reporting directly from Salesforce, Tableau, proprietary reporting systems and financial systems; improve data integrity

  • Work to create a seamless process for recurring reports and their distribution

  • Work with partners within the organization to ensure delivery of quality work product

  • Become the bridge to connect and integrate multiple teams/departments

  • Identify issues before they arrive

  • Find ways to reinvent our process, approach, and product

  • Become a subject matter expert in Publicis Groupe business and disciplines – having an ability to form constructive opinions on challenges

Responsibilities

  • You have some advertising experience, but it is not required.

  • 1+ years of experience in positions related to financial, project, operational, or account management OR that experience working with large data sets in a development capacity

  • Can manage complexity and work in a matrixed environment

  • Master the advertising marketplace and the Publicis business

  • written, verbal and in-person presentation experience

  • Excel skills

Compensation Range: $72,390 - $99,960 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
