Insight Global Remote Marketing Analytics Consultant in Chicago, Illinois

Job Description

This Marketing Analytics Consultant will be working for a global bank in the US Marketing and Analytics team focusing on personal banking products. The first 120 days will be heavy data intensive, figure out the systems, platforms, where the data sits, doing rigorous documentation to become knowledgeable in the database. The need is for someone to come in and rebuild everything for the back end customer journey using SFMC, SQL, SAS, and Data validation. After the data validation process, it will be partner heavy; once everything is set up for the customer journeys, departments will want program optimization around that, so this resource will work with partners to develop requirements.

Ex) As a new customer onboards with this bank, there needs to be a strategy in place such as sending reminders to customers to open their account.

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics

- SQL, writing scripts from scratch, expert level in SQL with script writing

- Analytics based

- Data validation

- Create strategy around the customer journey as new customers onboard at BMO. They will do the back end SQL coding to figure out how to achieve the customer journey

- Campaign Analytics tool (SFMC preferred) - setting up email campaigns from scratch (campaign analytics experience have a problem statement and understand how to test for it. Testing the performance of a campaign, did this campaign perform well.)

- Longevity in resume - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using journey builder to create customer journeys

- Local to Chicago

- Presentation skills, but this is a data role.

- SAS enterprise guide

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Financial Services, specifically in checking or credit cards (persona banking) null
