The Role
Position: Rank + Rally Accounting and Finance Manager
Reports to: Regional Finance Manager
Location: Chicago, IL - Chicago, IL Hybrid: (Tues,Wed,Thurs in office / Mon & Fri remote)

The role of Rank + Rally Accounting and Finance Manager is responsible for managing financial status, reporting financial data and providing technical expertise for assigned locations. Partnering with Operations to deliver value through timely reporting of financial results.
Job Summary
Detailed Responsibilities
Lead the accounting for Cirque Du Soleil Retail along with a few smaller accounts within the Sports & Entertainment and Cultural Attractions Retail Portfolio.
Assist Regional Finance Manager with weekly forecast and monthly accounting reporting packages.
Collaborate with Regional Finance Manager on company-wide projects and ad hoc analysis.
Partner with Rank + Rally leadership and location operations leaders to drive financial visibility, accounting accuracy, and process efficiencies.
Help Regional Finance Manager create and audit retail accounting and finance best practice.
Support Regional Finance Manager on annual planning.
Maintain modern and innovative accounting and data entry processes.
Ensure internal audit compliance.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or other related fields.
Microsoft Excel proficiency (this will be tested during the interview process).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desire to continually improve processes and create efficiencies.
