Conagra Project Management Specialist in Chicago, Illinois
Job Summary
Reporting to the Director Business Operations, the Project Management Specialist supports process improvement initiatives to meet business needs. You will assist in the planning and implementation consistent with established project priorities by the utilization of common processes. You will help ensure the integration of initiatives into business processes are executed more effectively and efficiently. You have 3+ years of related experience.
You Will:
Shepherd projects through commercialization
Develop and manage project timelines
Collaborate with cross functional teams
Track packaging run outs and transitions
Track SAP setup at plant level
Pull beginning, middle and end packaging samples (as needed)
Process gap identification and recommendation
Lead problem identification activities and drive solution
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in business or related areas required
Minimum 3 years' experience managing multiple projects.
CPG / Retail experience desired.
Ability to manage process improvements
Demonstrated organization and self-motivation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to directly work with all levels of the company and communicate milestones
Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, change and a dynamic business environment

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
