UL, LLC Product Marketing Lead - Software (Compliance Wire) in Chicago, Illinois

The Compliance Wire Product Marketing and Demand Generation Lead owns strategic planning and tactical execution to drive product awareness, generate demand, and ultimately, boost sales of UL’s Compliance wire software offering. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess and creative flair, along with strong communication skills to collaborate across teams effectively. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with product goals, crafting compelling messaging and positioning, overseeing campaign creation and execution across various channels, measuring and analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI. This role serves as a bridge between product development and sales, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with market needs and customer preferences to drive growth and revenue.

  • Drive the development of marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and other assets to support the sales team and facilitate lead generation.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Supports the creation of global Product Marketing strategy. Tracks marketing investments, manages execution, and analyzes results for continuous improvement. Collaborates with sales and product leads to understand the competitive landscape and drive demand in line with business goals. Supports and executes client acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth.

  • Plans and project manages market and trend research to identify new opportunities and ensure proper product targeting. Gathers and analyzes insights to influence business decisions and shape Product Marketing strategy.

  • Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations to craft compelling content to drive product awareness and purchase.

  • Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations to create compelling content to ensure that sales has the knowledge required to effectively sell product offerings. Partners with sales to foster a continuous feedback loop.

  • Minimum six years of related experience or demonstrated competency
