As a Receivables Product Manager, you will join a dynamic cross-border team of product professionals, dedicated to fostering an empowering team environment and serving our clients’ needs within a diverse product suite. You will carry responsibilities across a variety of accountabilities such as: multi-year product strategy and roadmap, sales and marketing strategy, competitive pricing and analysis, training and support collateral, technology infrastructure and performance, data analytics, enhancements and functionality, as well as process improvements to provide a best-in-class client experience.
In this role, you will support the disciplines and development of policy, documentation, product and market analytics, regulatory, risk, compliance audit, and project management. The candidate must possess a strong knowledge of core payment rails, rules, & regulations, as well as an understanding of emerging technology in receivables optimization. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the ever-changing cash management landscape and the intricacies that come with new market demands.

The Receivables Product Manager will analyze the product portfolio and identify opportunities to optimize the financial performance and client value, increase market share, share of wallet, client retention, and product and client profitability. The right candidate will proactively track issues and events to ensure root cause analysis has been identified and appropriate action taken to resolve/prevent future issues.
Designs, implements, manages, and enhances a suite of products throughout the product lifecycle
Partners collaboratively with management to develop and implement a product strategy and roadmap aligned with the organization's strategy and vision
Collaborates with sales, marketing, onboarding & service, risk & compliance, audit, technology & operations, and info/cyber security partners across the organization to support clients, retain relationships, and execute on the product strategy
Identifies and interprets client/stakeholder needs and translates feedback and user testing results into feature/functionality requirements and/or user stories
Effectively manages vendor/supplier relationships; inclusive of conducting competitive/market analysis, managing vendors costs, addressing open issues and escalations, and launching initiatives to execute on the product roadmap
Manages product P&L by analyzing financials and establishing and maintaining periodic product dashboards, as well as presenting to leadership on a routine basis
Supports industry activity including attending industry events, internal/external speaking engagements, and/or participation in working groups, etc., with travel as required
Established track record of delivering results in a complex, cross-functional, and matrixed environment
Ability to complete multiple tasks across a broad spectrum of disciplines
Exercises sound judgement to assess situations, make recommendations, and deliver client-driven objectives and key outcomes for projects and initiatives
Entrepreneurial self-starter with a desire to learn from others and challenge the status quo
Exceptional relationship building skills across teammates, partners, vendors and clients
Excellent presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to influence senior leaders by effectively communicating a vision for products over a multi-year horizon
5-7 years of product management experience in the treasury/cash/payments industry
Post-secondary degree in related field of study (e.g., Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications, Computer Science) or equivalent armed forces/military experience
Previous product management/development, consulting, or strategy experience in receivables, payables, and/or cross-border (U.S., Canada, or other)
Experience with treasury/cash management/financial technology
Experience consulting and supporting high value clients
Project management and/or change management experience
Experience leading with influence, negotiation, and contract analysis
Familiarity with agile methodology, including iterative project design, scrum/persistent teams support, user experience/customer journey development and execution
