ManpowerGroup Plant Controller in Chicago, Illinois
Our client in the food production industry is seeking a Plant Controller to join their team. As a Plant Controller, you will be part of the finance department supporting the Chicago lab. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a background in manufacturing.
Job Title: Plant Controller
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000
What's the Job?
Responsible for month end and year end close. Including journal entries, financial reviews, reporting, and reconciliations.
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with plant management.
Oversee all accounting procedures and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Prepare financial statements and reports, and present findings and recommendations to management.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; master’s degree and/or professional certifications (CPA, CMA) preferred.
Experience in financial management, preferably in the food production industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
