Eurofins Environment Testing North Central, LLC is looking for a part-time Operations Support Specialist.
As an Operations Support Specialist, this position will generate reports following standardized procedures and will requires data entry with imports and exports in various data management systems. This position is part-time and will offer 10 hours per week. This position is a remote oppertunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate reports in various standardized formats following established standardized procedures
Provide user testing feedback to IT as appropriate
Reviewing previously entered data
Ability to create, convert and merge documents to PDF file formats
Requires business and/or technical vocabulary, and knowledge of company operations and organizational procedures
Data Entry, both manually and by data imports and exports in various data management systems
Work in a manner to ensure personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health and safety guidelines and policies
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Position Requirements:
High School Diploma, college degree is preferred
Authorization to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship
Preferred Candidate will have experience in the following:
Professional, knowledgeable, confident, and friendly demeanor
Previous computer and database experience and knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be detail oriented with the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and a willingness to meet daily commitments with a widely varying workload
Previous clerical work involving summarization of data
Professional, knowledgeable, confident, and friendly demeanor
Previous computer and database experience and knowledge
