Job Description:

The Customer Engagement and Experience team nurtures profitable customer relationships through meaningful engagements and seamless experiences by leveraging data, innovation, and technology.  

Within the Customer Engagement and Experience team, the US Media team oversees McDonald’s US media strategy and investments to maximize the return on marketing in our paid channels. The team is responsible for leading and optimizing McDonald’s media investments to drive brand awareness, affinity and guest counts through delivery of best-in-class media strategies.

In the Supervisor, Media Strategy role, you will contribute in the following ways:

  • Support Go To Market Director on annual media planning process

  • Support Media Manager Local on ROMI assessment, billing, strategy share outs, O/O responses

  • Lead media plans for advertised sales tests, McDonald’s All-American Games, Brand Trust with support from Manager

  • Manage all Media Budget Subcommittee cycles on slide development and timeline management with agencies

  • Support Senior Manager Local on ROMI assessment, billing, strategy share outs, O/O responses

The expected salary range for this role is $75,700 - $94,620 per year

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business, or related field required

  • Understanding of paid media landscape and local operating system

  • 3+ years of proven experience working across marketing disciplines

  • Execution proficiency - experience working with cross-functional project teams

  • Effective communication

  • Superior accuracy and attention to detail

  • Exceptional Collaboration skills

  • Experience managing agency and marketplace partners
