TEKsystems Marketing Automation Manager in Chicago, Illinois

Description:

The Marketing Automations Manager will lead end-to-end email creation and marketing automation process. This position will be very hands on, and will be creating campaigns, monitoring performance, evaluating metrics, and ensuring compliance. The position will be geared towards the data heavy marketer, as this position will be responsible for managing the data hygiene, including data cleansing, manipulation, segmentation & analysis. They will also apply technical knowledge to manage integrations with salesforce.com platform. The Marketing Automations Manager will also be a thought leader on the B2B team - collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the organization to develop and optimize automation campaigns.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Job Duties & Responsibilities • Architect, develop, test, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns and flows, including analytics. • Oversee lifecycle and implementation of advanced CRM and email marketing techniques (dynamic content, nurtures personalization, etc.). • Own end to end Marketing automation processes • Lead Management – Maintain quality and effectiveness of leads in CRM by managing end to end data import, deduplication, enrichment and clean up process using ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Ringlead etc. Manage lead scoring, nurture strategy, automations in AMB and non-ABM campaigns to funnel leads to the appropriate stages. • Assist marketers in setting up their campaigns by providing technical guidance and promoting best practices. • Provide day-to-day email and nurture marketing and landing page development and execution including audience selection, testing, and deployment. • Create and configure email and landing page templates. • Schedule campaigns and ensure they are compliant with privacy laws. • Manage lead scoring and routing to Salesforce. • Monitor campaign success by working with marketers to track and report campaign metrics and providing guidance to continually improve results. • Collaborate with other digital marketing efforts that require list efforts, multiple touchpoints to conversion, etc. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3 or more years of experience working in Pardot and Salesforce • Advanced HTML/CSS experience. • Excellent analytical, data mining and project management skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group at all levels. • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, well-organized with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team/project task force.
