Our continued growth has created an opportunity to join our Aspen Dental Learning & Development team as a Manager, Learning & Development, TAG U Campuses.

Job Summary:

The Manager, TAG U Campuses is part of the Learning & Development team and is responsible for overseeing our TAG U Campuses, including the Chicago Campus, Classroom Studio, and Zoom, to ensure an outstanding experience for all learners and TAG U Faculty. The Manager is an ambassador of The Aspen Group, TAG U, and the L&D team, providing exceptional service to our learners while also executing important logistical and administrative support.

This Manager is a proven leader who will partner closely with all L&D teams and key business partners across all TAG brands to optimize the learning experience and function within the operating guidelines of the campuses. The Manager is a key contributor in delivering world class learning experiences and living out our mission and TAG University guiding principles each day.

The Manager, TAG U Campuses is responsible for space and supply management, maintaining the TAG U Master Calendar, and the distribution of learning equipment to both in-person and virtual learners. This position is a key contributor in supporting the execution of our L&D strategy as well as our current priorities and projects as needed. The Manager leads our TAG U Concierge, who is the first impression to our learners when they visit our world class learning center in Chicago.

This person is a self-starter and can execute under minimal supervision. They must be exceptionally well organized, have strong problem solving and execution skills and operate with a customer service mindset. They should be a strong communicator and able to build and maintain a strong network of partnerships. They must be innovative, able to seek new ways of doing things, open to new ways of thinking, and demonstrate agility and professional presence in unfamiliar situations. This role will report to the Director, TAG Learning Delivery and Experience. This role is based in our world-class learning facility in Chicago, IL. Limited travel may be required.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all TAG U Campuses including Chicago, Classroom Studio, and Zoom. This includes but not limited to maintaining and enhancing all physical spaces, setting up training and meeting rooms, maintaining student lounges (coffee, snacks, beverages), inventory/supply management and purchasing, organization of TAG U storage, and learner laptop distribution.

• Be an ambassador for TAG and provide superior and innovative customer service to learners, faculty, vendors, and visitors.

• Manage the L&D master calendar, conduct yearly and quarterly scheduling processes, and assist in space planning and decision making for the Chicago Campus and Classroom Studio

• Reserve training rooms and meeting rooms on the Chicago Campus and Classroom Studio for both L&D learning programs and external events, working with partners to ensure clear expectations when using our space.

• Lead the TAG U Concierge; providing direction, coaching and support to optimize their performance and potential.

• Partner closely with the Learning Experience Specialists and provide in-person and virtual (both Zoom and Studio) support directly to programs as needed (approx. 25% of the time)

• Partner and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across brands to ensure a strong and seamless learning experience. Key stakeholders for this role include the L&D Leadership Team and Program Owners, Building and Facilities, IT, Events, and Catering.

• Understand the full functionality of our learning space including IT capabilities, HVAC, lights, sound, etc.

• Communicate and coordinate program and event meals with in-house catering team.

• Manage project work and run the business activities in Click Up daily.

• Manage work orders, invoicing, and budget for learning space when needed.

• Support team toward achieving department goals and priorities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Education level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• 3+ years of experience in corporate learning university/academy management and/or similar experience with learning delivery/facilitation support

• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service for internal or external employees or customers.

• Experience leading others.

• Excellent organization skills and proven ability to complete tasks on time, on budget and with high quality.

• Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task, flex, think on your feet and perform effectively under time constraints.

• Proven project management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong composure and ability to stay present under stress, comfortable with ambiguity.

• Supports evaluation of learner experience and implements improvements as needed.

• Lead individuals, providing direction, coaching and support to optimize the performance and potential of each team member.

• Highly proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, Classroom Studio, and high learning agility for new and emerging technologies

• Serves as a TAG University ambassador for owners, doctors, and all learners.

• Onsite presence is required, minimum 3 days a week or more determined by business needs: opportunity for hybrid 1- 2 days per week when possible.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
