Duties include:
Responsible for department Lease Contract Sales revenue generation.
Prepare and present Full-Service Lease proposals to new and existing customers.
Outside sales including cold calls, appointments as a result of telemarketing and direct/email, requires discipline follow up on direct mail, lease/rental leads and the scheduling of occasional \"Sales Blitz\".
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Manage account services through quality client communication channels and follow up on any concerns or issues identified.
Maintain on-going communication with the Vice President of Truck Sales in a method appropriate for the purpose of discussing the daily business needs.
Marketing - gather prospect data via current competition accounts, industrial directories, existing parts and service customers, and any other qualified source, i.e. referrals.
Maintain the \"prospect system\" for the purpose of storing/updating prospect data to include scheduled prospect follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, contracts and follow-up activities.
Participate in the preparation of the annual marketing plans and subsequent measuring of results.
Accurate completion of customer credit applications, rate sheets as per local policy, full service lease agreements, commercial rental agreements, lender documents as required, etc.
Assist in collection of receivable from assigned customers or as requested.
Develop and maintain product materials to provide accurate and current product information.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading manufacturers\' publications, etc.
Coordinate with the Rental Administrator to ensure accurate information is updated and available for shared Lease/Rental departmental resources.
Complete and maintain designated training required by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for the lease/rental department.
Provide excellent service to all customers
Other reasonably related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent; specialized training in mechanics, maintenance management, or a closely related field; any combination of education and experience.
Required to stand; walk; use hand to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls; talk and hear; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Cognitive abilities: Read text, mathematical skills, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizational skills
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work is performed primarily inside, and, occasionally, outside in all types of weather conditions
The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and humid conditions
Employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts
The noise level in the work environment is moderate
Obtain and/or maintain Class \"B\" CDL
