Job Description Summary
The Research Project Manager/Research Program integrator is responsible for managing operational aspects of the Molecular Imaging and Computed Tomography research portfolio. This includes processing research proposals, reviewing budgets, making payment to investigator sites, and fulfilling requirements for documentation according to GE HealthCare research processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
Project manages Investigator Sponsored and GE Sponsored Research projects for the Molecular Imaging and Computed Tomography business unit
Ensures compliance with internal procedures and SOPs related to the documentation and management of studies
Coordinates collection and documentation of study deliverables and completes payments related to contracted research projects according to milestones set forth and approved by research managers
Coordinates completion and review of study budgets and processes payments.
Leads evaluations, reader studies defined to meet strategic research needs.
Develops relationships with and supports external research partners and manages communication with external sites in a professional and productive manner.
Creates reports and leads operational tracking and reviews of study status, deliverable updates - engages research managers and other stakeholders on key actions and outcomes
Develops research documents as required, including protocols, plans, informed consent forms, and required storage of research documents.
Supports improvement of research tools and processes to ensure compliant and efficient execution and documentation of research studies
Supports financial reporting of research function in coordination with finance functions
Works with RMs, regional RMs, research operations, engineering teams, service, QA, RA, Medical, and modality team members to conduct and deliver research activity and results on time, within budget and with the necessary deliverables. Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience project management or administrative support in a clinical, industrial, or government agency setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in projects requiring accuracy with details, documentation, and communication between parties
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and priorities
Demonstrated ability to problem solve logistical or bureaucratic issues and create sustainable solutions through collaboration, creativity, and positive attitude.
Experience working in cross functional teams
Demonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships Desired Characteristics
Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or clinical research (CCRP, CCRA, or CCRN)
Attention to detail and ability work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments
Demonstrated success of project management in a clinical research setting
Experience in working with a global and virtual team with ongoing positive outcomes and impact
Experience with medical imaging concepts and environments
Familiarity working within CTMS (Veeva)
Familiarity with GE Healthcare tools and processes (e.g. Agora, AST, MWS)
