Job Description
Insight Global's client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for maintaining the day to day operations of our client's content hub, but then also leveraging AI capabilities to enhance their current capabilities and driving enhanced technology. They will be working on 3-5 projects at a time. Workflow from concept to end product. How do you leverage product information to be more advantageous to their brand.
This individual has the exciting opportunity to help manage the Marketing Content Hub, which provides inspiration to Marketing, eCommerce and R&D. This role will help transform how this company develops Marketing Assets to ensure Brand content is being developed at the speed of culture. This individual will be responsible for overseeing core applications of the Product Data and Content ecosystem, including Digital Asset Management (Sitecore), Media Workflow (Monday.com), Product Information Management (Salsify) and Design to Print functionality (Esko).
· Oversee Content Hub and Monday.com -- 50%
o Own day to day support process to ensure business SLA's are met
o Work with technical consultants through system upgrades and implementations
o Support change management activities by developing training documentation, communication and change impacts
· Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to enhance current capabilities -- 50%
o Implement new technologies to optimize content creation, including AI toolsets
o Write functional specs, test cases, perform testing and measure business value
Design and implement appropriate taxonomies and metadata schemas to optimize digital asset search, while harmonizing digital workflows

Skills and Requirements
*2-5 years as a hands on IT Project Manager, able to write functional specs, test cases, perform testing, manage project budget, timelines, etc.
*A hands on System Owner, problem solving skills, including performing root cause analysis across various system integrations
*Sitecore (ideal) or Monday.com experience -- ideally both but would take sitecore first
*Excels in bridging the gaps between business and technology
*Understanding of data integration and API methodologies and tools *Work Flow Automation
*Salsify (Their PIM system -- Product Information Management system)
*G1S Standards- Experience with FMCG\CPG GS1 Standards, including international experience, product hierarchies, taxonomies, multi-languages..etc
*Digital Asset Management -- Managing Digital Assets and Meta Data -- Sitecore Content Hub
*Digital Media Workflow -- Manage workflow configuration -- Monday.com
*Product Information Management (Salsify)
*Design to Print functionality (Esko)
*Consumer Data Platform (CDP) -- Microsoft / Google
