Job Description
Define and document the data architecture, data models, data dictionaries and data flows for the Salesforce CRM and Advisory Products.
Design and implement data solutions using Salesforce tools and technologies, such as Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, Data Management Platform, Einstein Analytics.
Integrate Salesforce data with internal and external data sets and other data platforms, such as Microsoft Azure Data Lakehouse, using APIs, ETL tools, connectors.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness and consistency across our Salesforce CRM and Advisory Products.
Provide data expertise and guidance to business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and analysts.
Monitor and troubleshoot data issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution.
Support data governance initiatives and collaborate with the Advisory Data Governance Director, Enterprise Data Architects and Advisory Product Teams to establish and enforce data standards, policies, and best practices.
Lead and oversee a dynamic team of data engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution and continuous professional development.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Salesforce, Microsoft data architecture amongst other data related technologies and innovations.
Responsibilities:
Provide Data Architecture, Design and Engineering support for our suite of applications and products on multiple digital platforms and products.
Develop and conceptualize comprehensive data architecture and design elements for key products.
Partner with Advisory Data Governance Director to develop and implement a data governance framework, taking responsibility for all Architecture, Design and Technical components.
Support development of an Integration Strategy to integrate Salesforce data with other data platforms, such as Microsoft Azure Data Lakehouse, using APIs, ETL tools, connectors.
Ensure data architecture, data models, data dictionaries and data flows for our Salesforce CRM and Advisory Products are optimized and support Data Governance and Data Quality requirements
Take responsibility for all data migration, integration, testing and validation planning and activities for Advisory products.
Produce high-quality responsive design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes and other proof-of-concepts.
Designs a data model and architecture that supports development and scaling of new Data and AI products for Advisory.
Responsible for partnering and delivering data governance, data integration, data warehousing and data analytics best practices for Advisory.
Hands-on design, development, deployment, and management of data architecture solutions as applicable.
Ensure best practices are followed for data quality, security, scalability and performance of the data systems and products.
Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate them into data models and architectures.

Skills and Requirements
5+ yrs Salesforce data architecture, data modelling, data integration and data quality
Integration of Salesforce data with other data platforms, such as Microsoft Azure Data Lakehouse , using APIs, ETL tools, connector
Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer
Worked in a matrixed environment
Worked directly with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, analyst to understand the data requirements
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field Knowledge of key data domains in Corporate Real Estate, such as Client, Customer, Property and People null
