Adecco US, Inc. HR Generalist in Chicago, Illinois
Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Development, the HR Generalist will play a key role in the development of talent management programs, HRIS Data reporting, DEI initiatives and workforce planning processes. This role will fit someone who is looking for a variety of HR exposure with a focus on Talent Management.
The role is based at the Chicago office in the loop on a hybrid schedule (expectation is two days a week). Fully remote is not supported.
Responsibilities
Support and coordinate talent management programs – (Development Program, Early Careers (interns, skilled trades and co-op) on an annual basis working closely with site HR Teams
Create regular and ad hoc data reports from ADP capturing key HR Metrics, analysis and trends
Lead employee pre-hire, orientation and onboarding activities
Support planning, organization and coordination processes for leadership development programs (Impact/AIT/Supervisor training)
Support recruitment initiatives on an as needed basis
Support immigration, visa and employee mobility initiatives
Maintain and continue the ongoing development of relationships with key focus schools and DEI partnerships
Regularly review and suggest optimization ideas for HR processes and templates
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or equivalent
Approximately 5 years of human resources coordination experience. Ideally, having exposure to and familiarity with recruitment, training and development, HRIS data reporting and employee life cycle administration
Demonstrated success in implementing and leading HR related programs and processes
Preference will be given to candidates with heavy industry experience (mining, chemical, manufacturing, oil and gas).
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred but not required.
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (word, excel, PowerPoint)
ADP HRIS and SuccessFactors experience is a bonus but not required
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $10,000.00 per year
