Job Description:

We are looking for a technology-minded Facilities Supervisor to join our team! The Facilities Supervisor executes the maintenance policy and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance activities related to all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general carpentry, and sustainability, ensuring all facilities maintenance work follows safety standards, conforms to specifications and that work orders are tracked and completed within the budgeted guidelines.

  • Perform minor mechanical repairs (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) and preventive maintenance work.

  • Manage building management systems and dashboards for smart building analytics.

  • Identify predictive maintenance trends and recommend solutions.

  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, work order progress reports, and other related reports.

  • Collaborate with third-party service providers to develop and recommend strategic facility management objectives.

This role requires availability to work onsite at our global headquarters from 9AM CST - 6PM CST, Monday - Friday. This role also has on-call duties after hours and on weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, facilities or commercial real estate is preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management, including experience with supervising sub-contractors.

  • Completion of a training program, and apprenticeship and city/state licensure is highly preferred (EPA Section 608 Certification Exam, OSHA).

  • Previous experience with Tridium Niagara Framework, Corrigo, Cisco Spaces, Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to make independent decisions while working well in a team environment.

  • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbal with individuals at all levels of the organization.
