The Airport Operations Hubs and Network Operations division keeps operations running smoothly through planning, organization and supervision.

Job overview and responsibilities

The Executive Assistant role is to perform advanced, diversified and confidential administrative work duties. This role also leads all aspects of and handles key projects and programs that align with organizational goals. This person should be able to prioritize multiple tasks at once with minimal direction. This role supports one or more leaders of a business unit.

  • Support executive leadership by handling program schedules, coordinating key meetings, and handling sensitive communications, ensuring smooth execution of program-related tasks and achievements

  • Lead all aspects of and handle multiple projects from initiation to completion – coordinating teams, tracking deadlines and ensuring deliverables align with organizational goals

  • Preparing general correspondence, memoranda, expense reports, presentation preparation, etc

  • Coordinate division/companywide events

  • Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries

  • Complete projects as assigned and demonstrates ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision

  • Collaborate with all departments within the company and represent the respective leadership team in a highly professional manner

NOTE: This position is based at the CSC-Willis Tower, located in Chicago, IL. and considered as a hybrid work-schedule working 2-3 days in-office, however, that may evolve with the needs of the company.

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • High School Diploma or education equivalent

  • 5 years’ of current equivalent work experience

  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems

  • Exercise judgement to prioritize and make decisions

  • Developed breadth and/or depth of skills in more than one activity, process, or function

  • Performs work with limited guidance/direction

  • Continually seeks to identify and employ methods to improve existing processes to help streamline work and efficiency

  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Must be willing and able to travel at least 25% domestically and internationally as needed

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience

  • Project management experience
