Your role:

Are you driven by the desire to develop new business channels? Do you know how to sell institutional level services to the C-Suite Executive base? Do you have a good understanding of our competitive landscape and how we differentiate ourselves? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

  • Drive a winning sales strategy that highlights the partnership with EPAS and a new industry leading corporate platform

  • Research the market opportunity and understand the competition in order to create and drive a growth strategy across Corporate Financial Wellness and EPAS

  • Establish industry presence and corporate pipeline by building relationships with key decision makers and industry centers of influence

  • Collaborate across Financial Advisors and their leadership team, Client Strategy Office, Client Advisor Group, Business Development Group, Investment Bank, Corporate Center and identify opportunities to develop UBS relationships with consultants and institutional services

  • Explore opportunities to expand offerings to include other corporate benefit programs e.g. 401k

  • Maintain strong partnership with wealth management channels to support delivery of the Firm's capabilities across

  • Determine processes and reporting needed to help identify opportunities and measure success

You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management USA. We help corporate employees and wealth management clients meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • Undergraduate Degree required, Graduate Degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Financial Services industry

  • An ability to drive change across an organization and influence key stakeholders

  • Thought leadership and deep understanding of Human Resources/Corporate Benefits/Equity Compensation

  • A deep understanding of Wealth Management industry, Financial Advisors and corporate plan sponsors

  • Previous sales management or direct experience within an institutional sales force

  • Series 7/66 required

You are:

  • A strong communicator with compelling presentation skills

  • An analytical thinker with a understanding of processes, technology and operational concepts

  • A confident decision-maker, highly organized and detail oriented

  • Willing to travel extensively within the region
