As the Project Management Apprentice on our Digital Innovation team, you’ll help our business turn ideas into impactful digital solutions while growing & developing your project management capabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efforts are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

This is a 12-month program and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

  • Assist in the maintenance of project plans and schedules, as well as coordinating various aspects of digital innovation projects

  • Track project progress and report on key metrics.

  • Support the team in implementing lean startup methodologies and stage-gate processes

  • Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports

  • Support stakeholder communication and engagement throughout the innovation process

  • Learn and apply agile project management techniques in a digital innovation context

  • Help track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies

  • Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making.

  • Successful completion of the DPI career development program

  • Strong interpersonal skills, as well as communication & collaboration capabilities

  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet schedules and deadlines

  • Ability to multi-task, plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments while paying close attention to detail.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 collaboration and automation tools such as SharePoint, Power, and Automate

  • Basic understanding of machine learning/Artificial Intelligence

  • Experience in requirements gathering and process improvement
