Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing our development and production environments, ensuring the availability, performance, scalability, and security of productions systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain CI/CD processes for code deployment and release.
Design and implement infrastructure as a code, automation processes, and deployment scripts.
Collaborate with software engineers to understand software development life cycle, code architecture, and configuration management.
Support in managing and orchestrating production systems.
Conduct systems tests for security, performance, and availability.
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the development team to streamline code deployment.
Implement security and data protection strategies aligned with company policies.
Monitor system performance and resolve any issues or failures in a timely manner.
Requirements
Requirements:
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
Proficient knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
Solid experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
Experience with databases and SQL
Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Knowledge in containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes.
Familiarity with frontend and backend programming languages and frameworks.
Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
