Use webinars and online events to drive business results as you develop, deploy, and optimize webinars programs and supporting webinar promotion programs using our marketing automation platform, Marketo. Create webinar calendar, defining execution process and workback schedules, working with agencies to execute events, and building email campaigns for pre- and post-event programs. Build, execute, launch and measure the performance of marketing automation programs and optimization projects in Marketo by partnering with agency teams. Partner with the campaign and content marketing teams to create a quarterly webinar calendar that supports a portfolio of products in multiple industries. Strategize and execute campaigns end-to-end that make an impact at different stages of the sales cycle to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, closed business and retention. Cultivate a testand-learn culture and lead innovation projects for the team including new program launches, mar-tech tools. Maintain pulse on industry trends, content gaps, standard methodologies, technologies, competitive landscape, etc. and apply those findings.
Position reports to the Adobe, Inc. Chicago, Illinois office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Major(s) and/or field(s) of study required: Bachelor\'s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Communication or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Position requires three (3) years of experience in the following: 1. Marketo and CRMs; 2. Webinar Execution best practices; 3. Tools such as ON24, ReadyTalk, GoToWebinar, WebEx, or Adobe Connect; and 4. Project Management.
